PreSchool and PreKindergarten applicants spend 60 minutes interacting with peers and teachers.
Kindergarten applicants visit 60 minutes in a PreKindergarten classroom.
First through eighth-grade applicants spend a full school day in their current grade and are interviewed by a member of the Educational Leadership Team.
Standardized test results are required for students entering grades 5 - 8.
Acceptable tests include: ISEE, state mastery assessments, ERB, and SSAT.
Once enrolled, students may also be asked to complete a placement assessment.
Prospective students interested in taking the ISEE or SSAT, may register online at iseetest.org or ssat.org. The Country School school offers the exams on campus at designated times throughout the year. This year we are offering the SSAT on November 14, 2020, and December 12, 2020, and the ISEE on November 21, 2020.
The Country School admits students without regard to interest in financial assistance.
