Admission Process

Admission Process

Our admission process is made up of four components: a tour of campus, a student visit, an application, and the online submission of records and references.

Tour of Campus
We invite families to explore our campus, programs, and facilities by taking a tour where you can see us in action, meet community members, and ask your questions.

Student Visit
Families return to campus for their student’s formal visit, either a 15-minute screening for Pre-School through Kindergarten age applicants or a full shadow-day visit for applicants to Grades 1- 8.

Application
Parents and guardians submit a short application online, asking for information about their student and their reasons for applying. Applications are due February 1 for March notification. Visit your myCountrySchool account to access the application; your username is your email address.

Online Submissions
We request that families upload up-to-date records, available testing, and transcripts for school-age students. All applicants must provide reference forms from adults that work with them closely. Two teachers are required for school-age applicants. At least one reference form is required for early childhood applicants.

For your convenience, there is a checklist in your myCountrySchool account where you submit your application, school records, and make reference form requests.
