Boys' Varsity Basketball at IDS

The Country School boys varsity basketball team opened their season with a hard-fought loss to IDS, falling 31–28 in a game that was competitive from start to finish. The score remained close throughout, with both teams trading baskets and momentum all game long. Jimmy O. led the team in scoring, followed closely by Kyle J., providing a strong offensive spark. Defensively, the boys set the tone with great energy, forcing turnovers and coming away with numerous steals. While the team’s offense continues to develop, the effort, focus, and teamwork on display were outstanding. The boys played with full effort for all four quarters and showed a lot of promise heading into the rest of the season.
