Coed B tallies another victory! TCS beat Pine Point 7-2.

Trees down, branches scattered, and a day full of off-and-on rain didn’t keep our soccer kids on the sidelines!

This past Monday, the coed fifth- and sixth-grade team welcomed Pine Point to the soccer arena at TCS. The Pennington brothers took turns defending our goal, with Clark starting in the first half and Callum replacing him in the second. Regardless of which brother was in goal, saves were made, and only two balls ever made it past them!

Charlotte, Henry, Conor Colbert, and Oscar supported these goalkeepers with incredible defensive efforts. With TCS dominating the field, our midfielders and strikers took full advantage. Goals came within minutes of the start, with Will scoring first, followed by Christian (assisted by Aggie), and Luca to end the first half.
With strong support from Eme, Charlie, Connor, and Clark, additional goals were scored in the second half. Matthias scored two, while Christian and Luca each added another goal of their own.

Dedication, communication, and a love of competition are certainly strengths of this coed squad.

Go Owls!
