Varsity Ultimate Frisbee Earn Another Win!
The Owls traveled to Durham on a beautiful afternoon to take on a young IDS team. The larger field played to our advantage, allowing our excellent group of handlers to find plenty of openings, leading to a 15–0 win.
Vivian and Simone recorded their first scores of the year, and it was a great team effort with many players contributing either goals or assists. Nora, Emily, Sam, and Patrick each scored twice, while Tash, Simone, Jimmy, Emmy, Henry, and Caitlin all found their way onto the score sheet as well.
Leading the handlers on the day was Harper with four assists. Max, Emmy, and Jimmy also chipped in with two assists each.
It was a great day as 14 players got lots of minutes and were 'chilly', relaxed, and motivated to get many of their good friends and teammates a score or assist. And it happened!
