JV Boys' Basketball vs Pine Point Recap

The JV Boys Basketball team lost 22-4 at Pine Point. This game was highlighted by solid defense, which held Pine Point to only 8 points in the first half and kept them off the scoreboard for much of the game. After our last game, we pinpointed rebounding as a major area of focus, and we improved greatly this week. Kieran, Griffin, Gabe, Connor and Keve each had multiple rebounds, showing real toughness in the paint. Our defense also forced a lot of turnovers, and made an effort to grab every loose ball. On the offensive side, Ryan and Connor both scored, giving the team a lift in the 3rd quarter. We look forward to productive practices this week and next, before our next game on February 15.
