Country Gardeners

Country School's green-thumbed volunteers make a difference on campus
Thank you to the green-thumbed volunteers who cleaned and spruced up our Children’s Garden and Kitchen Garden on Saturday. Country School families, faculty, and staff worked together, preparing the beds for winter. A special thank you to the Colbert family who donated 765 bulbs!

K-3 STEAM teacher Claudia Esposito spearheaded the project and looks forward to meeting with classroom teachers to discuss adopting garden beds and perhaps the beginning of “Gardening Buddies," a leadership opportunity in which older students work together with youngers. Collaboration, as always, is the key to our growth as a community and with our gardens!
