Introduction to Russian

This two-week program is designed to introduce participants to the Russian language. The program integrates language, art, math, and science and provides exposure to Russian culture. Activities will include vocabulary games, reading and writing short and common words, naming the world around us, dialogues, and scavenger hunts. The overarching project calls for participants to create artwork that infuses Russian into visual art, i.e., craft, collage, and/or writing. This program is designed by a native Russian-speaking teacher for beginners; groups can be randomly assigned or grouped by grade level (grades 1-3 and 4-6). Please Note this is a Two Week Camp
