JV Soccer Update

Dear Parents and Players,

Our rosters have been finalized, and we are ready to kick off our season for the Country School boys' junior varsity soccer team.  Each week, I will give you a preview of the games and practices for the days ahead.

Tuesday, September 28 (Game)
Details: (Coed)
Home game vs. Williams School
Game begins:  4:00 pm
Game ends and pick up:  5:15 pm

Wednesday, Sept. 29 (Practice)
Practice begins:  2:30 pm
*at 3:15, students may switch to other activities or report to car line if not staying through.
Practice ends:  4:15 pm

Thursday, Sept. 30 (Game)
Away game vs. Pine Point School
Game begins:  3:45 pm
Game ends: 5:00 pm
Return to TCS: 5:45 (approximate)

A couple of notes for this week:
1.  It appears that there is a shortage of shin guards in the local stores.  If you have old pairs of shin guards that your family no longer uses, we will gladly take them for players having difficulty finding them in stock.

2.  If you are being picked up from an away game at the field and not returning to Country School, please let me or Coach Burdge know.  Also, please check out with one of us before you head home.  We want to have an accurate count for the bus ride back to TCS.
