    Tuition Schedule 2008 - 2009

    Pre-Kindergarten $12,875 (Full Day) $10,375 (1/2 Day)
    Kindergarten - Grade 4 $18,540
    Grades 5 - 8 $21,720

A non-refundable reservation deposit, as stated in the contract, is due with the signed enrollment contract in order to ensure a place for the coming year. Thereafter, the first payment is due August 1, 2007 and the second payment is due December 1, 2007. A late fee at the rate of 1% per month on the unpaid balance is charged on any tuition account 15 or more days overdue.

Key Education Resources is administering a flexible monthly payment plan. Please see the payment application for details.

An optional Tuition Refund Plan is also available to protect the yearly financial obligation under the terms of the Enrollment Contract.

Student Accident Insurance, described in the accompanying brochure, is also made available for the academic year. The card must be returned for each student. If you do not require coverage, you must provide verification of medical insurance.

Routine field trips are included in the tuition. Instrument rentals for students in grades 5-8 who choose to participate are arranged privately. When specifically contracted by the parent, there are additional fees for bus transportation from certain areas outside of Madison, the hot lunch program, after school care, and private instrumental music lessons.

Financial aid is available to a limited number of applicants. Information on financial aid is available from the Director of External Relations or the Business Manager.

Enrollment contracts are offered to currently enrolled students in February and are to be returned by the deadline indicated to reserve a place. The Admissions Committee makes decisions on the applications of new students beginning in March, or earlier if possible.
