    Field Day, June 14, 2010

    The Alumni Association includes all The Country School (TCS) graduates-from the first graduating class in 1958 to the present. Each year, TCS inducts its graduating class into the Alumni Association at a special ceremony in the spring, and its Class Agents are announced at Prize Day in June.

    The Alumni Board, comprised of alumni, current parents, past parents, and TCS administration and staff, govern the actions of the Association and help in fulfilling its mission to:

  • Promote a continuing active relationship between the School, its Alumni, and their families
  • Maintain a spirit of fellowship among its members
  • Work as ambassadors to support the best interests of The Country School

    • The primary goal of the Alumni Association has been to reach out to TCS alumni, reconnect with these former students, and implement strategies to encourage continued contact between alumni and TCS. As we have found out, TCS graduates are a remarkable group of people who have certainly lived the school mission of reaching their highest not only in school but also in life. Some of these graduates have been honored with Distinguished Alumni Awards, which have been presented annually since 2004. Others have shared their experiences with current students during Alumni Day held each year in November, or returned to campus to serve on boards and committees. And still others have enrolled their children at TCS or generously donated their goods and services because they truly understand the value of an education from TCS.
