  • COMMUNITY SERVICE NEWS
    Hannah C, Grade 6

The Service Committee recently sponsored five bake sales to raise money for the Tsunami Relief Fund. The 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Grades, as well as the Lower School, brought in numerous batches of brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and more.

We raised over $1,100! We thank everyone who baked and brought in goodies to sell, and those who gave up their recess time to help make this fund-raiser a huge success.

The Service Committee's next project will be Hearts for Heifers, which helps raise money to buy animals for people in third-world countries needing farm animals for food and wool.
